— Provide a visual framework that will help the team develop more business under the brand
— Conceptualization for mood board & logo design studies
— User research, competitive benchmarking, and online survey to understand the users' behavior on the current website
— Rebranded the identity and mobile website to showcase the new persona we crafted
We highlighted the self-expression element where women will feel empowered to feel beautiful in their everyday life. Create a fresh, energetic brand that reflects women's desire to be young and feel young.
Results
Nordic Lash transformed its visual and verbal identity and now looks credible and trustworthy. Our final deliverable for the brand is a mobile website high-fidelity prototype. We applied UX Design principles and it enabled us to build convenience of shopping within the site.
Reflections
The more we go through the process, the more we learn about the UX design discipline. Research data never lie. It is the fundamental source of information that can help significantly improve our branding and website work.
We learned to listen to the developers' feedback and applied their recommendations to my work. We started picking a Shopify theme to model the structure from and started designing for mobile because the data showed that most customers browse the site and buy the product from their phones.
